EMILY’S END TO END CF CELEBRATION
When: Saturday, July 1 – 11 am – 2 p.m. (Emily should arrive at approximately 12:30 p.m.)

End to End CF 7km Fun Run / Walk
Want to know what it’s like to run the Bruce?
On the final day, July 1, you’re welcome to walk or run the final 7km stretch of the Bruce Trail from Firemen’s Park in Niagara Falls to Queenston Heights. It’s a bit technical in spots, and includes a little bit of climbing, but it’s a fun section of trail.
Shuttle: Our friend Crispin Bottomley works for Community Transport Group, which has generously offered to provide a FREE shuttle bus for our 7km run/walk. Just head straight to Queenston Heights Park, and a shuttle will transport you to Firemen’s Park. The shuttle will run at 10:15 am for hikers and 10:45 for runners.
Parking: If you choose to park your car at Firemen’s Park, use the lower lot. Head down Dorchester Rd, past the upper entrance, over the railroad tracks and it’s the lot immediately to your left. At Queenston Heights, there’s plenty of parking available.
Timing:
10:15 a.m. – First shuttle leaves Queenston Heights (walkers)
10:30 or 11 a.m. – Hikers depart Firemen’s Park (leave as early as you think you’ll need to arrive at the finish before Emily does at 12:30pm)
10:45 a.m. – Second shuttle leaves Queenston Heights (runners)
11:15 a.m. – Emily and Dan arrive at Firemen’s Park
11:30 a.m. – Emily and all runners depart Firemen’s Park
12:30 p.m. – All runners arrive at finish and then Emily will touch the cairn to finish her run!
Cost:
There’s no actual cost to take part, but we’ll have a donation jar at the finish. If you’re able to make a donation for a few dollars to the End to End fundraising effort, feel free!
